I’ve been pondering recently why is EFT so successful. I’ve come up with the following EASY reasons:

1. EFT is easy to learn
2. It can be done by you and on your own.
3. It can be done, anywhere, any time and on anything.
4. No need to book time off work or explain to others your absence etc.
5. Change thanks to EFT can be both rapid and gradual.
6. With EFT, when you do it. You are taking responsibility for your own life.  You are at cause and you create the effect.  Everything you do has a reaction…might as well make it a good one.
7. When you release negative emotions with EFT, you are living the universal law of the vacuum.

Let’s go a little deeper…

I know of two theories of change and needs:

No matter which way you look at it…EFT can work at each and every level.  Whatever you want to change, have or not have in your life EFT can help.  You can change who you are, what you believe, what you can do, how you can do it, all of these then affect your external environment.  You can also use EFT to tap on things in your environment that you like or dislike.  This will then change all or any of the above levels.

With EFT you can use it to resolve and dissolve all of your problems.  Improving your self esteem is bread and butter to EFT, yet the impact it can have on your life is huge. When you use EFT to love yourself and change your relationship with others, the effects are tremendous. Safety and Security (Fight or Flight is one of our basic needs).  EFT you often work on the physical symptoms and everything changes.

Yes, these are levels.  They are a frame work. They are not set in stone. Yet, since one simple technique can affect all levels of your being. I think that is a massive win-win for you and EFT.

I also think this is perhaps why change with EFT can come in the form of a Champagne moment or gradual.  The emotional change that has just occurred for you is going to affect more than one level in a variety of ways…yet that is just speculation.
