EFT Tapping Set Up Phrase
Many seem to struggle with the basic EFT tapping phrase.
To start off, all set up phrases begin Even though I….
End the whole set up phrase with: I deeply and completely love forgive and accept myself.
So the struggle for many people is what to put in the middle.
Go with what you want or don’t want. What you feel or don’t feel. That’s it.
If you tap: Even though I don’t have the house that I want. I deeply and completely love forgive and accept myself.
Your reminder phrase would be the house that I want or tap wherever you are drawn for you. Then do another round with MY house that I want as your reminder phrase.
What comes up for you? What do you feel? Each reminder phrase and or set up phrase will trigger different emotions for you.
Why don’t you have your house NOW? What comes up for you? Your if, buts and maybes. Excuses or reasons. Tap on each and every one. Don’t skip, shy away from or hide away from what you are feeling and experiencing. There is no right or wrong. Go with it.
Also how will others feel and react when you get your house – this is huge area – What others think. Tap on everything that comes up. What are people who have the house that you want like? What do you really think of them?
There are many ways you can generate the middle piece, the reminder phrase. EFT can work on all and everything. Just go with it.
Have a Procrastination Free Life You Can Be Proud Of
There are countless reasons for procrastination that can really be your own worst enemy for completing projects. If the task at hand is pretty large or complex it may cause you to procrastinate just because you are overwhelmed. The less daunting you make the task appear the easier it will be to complete it in a timely and quick manner.
Alongside of that, projects that are boring, not fun or even blatantly uninteresting, or given to you by your boss or teacher also seem to be one of the most common reasons that cause procrastination. For these projects a great way to get over that feeling of ‘I can’t be bothered’, is to give yourself a prize or reward once the project is completed.
Whether it be a round of drinks, a nice bubble bath or even a week-long vacation! Whatever it is you find as your goal, just make sure the project gets done before you cash that in. If not, you’ll only beat yourself up some more.
One of the best stop procrastinating tips you can put into effect is prioritizing your tasks and what needs to be done and when. If you think you work best by going from different task to different task but still come up short, then maybe it doesn’t work as well as you think. Is your quality of work good enough?
Staying on the specific task at hand may seem like it takes longer to complete everything but realistically it is the best way to stay on task and track. When you take your focus off of one project and move it to another you often lose sight of the overall idea of a specific project. The simple point: stay on task.
Remember that the best therapy for procrastination comes from within because you are the only one standing in your way.
It may seem hard to just sit down and get it done but once you make the first step, even a baby step, the rest starts to fall into right place.
Really indecisive people seem to have the worst problem with procrastination but you cannot let that stand in your way. If it helps, try creating a schedule or plan for your project before hand so it will be easier to stay on track.

How to Use Tapping Techniques to Overcome Procrastination
Did you, know when you procrastinate it is costing you financially, mentally, physically and emotionally?
Also depending on what you are procrastinating on, whom or about. It can also have devastating consequences for your friends and family too. Think about it for a moment, what happens if you ‘forget’ to pay your taxes or mortgage payments? Your procrastination starts to affect more that you.
Procrastination in its simplest form is your own perceived fears and worries about future events. These future memories you build up and play over and over in your mind and body. It is the future pain which you think you’ll experience that you are trying to avoid by not doing anything.
So how can tapping help you?
Firstly, most people are afraid of something or someone specific. It’s too easy to say I’m afraid of success or I’m afraid of failing. That may be true, but it’s is too easy, it’s too global a statement.
It’s better to answer the following: If I succeed what will happen to me then? Or, what pain am I avoiding by not finishing what I want doing?
You see procrastination is just you putting of a perceived future pain. Nothing more.
You can easily start tapping:
Even though I don’t know what pain I’m avoiding I deeply and completely love forgive and accept myself anyway.
Even though I’m afraid of a future event that hasn’t even happened yet, I accept all of me just the way I am.
Even I’m worried what will happen when I leave my own comfort zone. I accept all these conflicts within me.
What about your family and friends? If you succeed how will they react? This is a huge area that will on some level be holding you back.

Even though I’m afraid to earn more than my parents. I choose to let go of this belief as it no longer serves me.
Even though I’m afraid I’ll be shouted at like was when I was a child because I was successful then and my father didn’t like it.
Even though I’m afraid how my parents will react when I’m successful. After all they struggled all their lives and told me everything had to be difficult. I chose to let this belief to as it no longer supports me.
Even though my friends don’t like rich and successfully people and I really want them to like me. I deeply and completely accept all of me.
