Are you the next Olympic Champion?

I play sport, I attend lots of big events. I’ve organised and run conferences. EFT can and does fit in perfectly no matter if you’re just a supporter, fan, tour guide or Olympic athlete.  You too can benefit from the power of EFT.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) could be your winning edge. No matter what your level of competition or involvement with the Olympics.

Athlete – You can use EFT to change your sports story and performance.  When you talk about you and your ability. What do you say? Is it where you want to be?

I had a recent success story with this. My story was I’m a goal provider, not a goal scorer. I was so proud of the fact.

Yet, I wanted to score goals who doesn’t?  At the beginning of a hockey game, I tapped, during the game, I tapped. Missed a goal..oh here we go again.

Then I tapped at half time on my ability and generally NOT help self chat.  By the end of the game, I had set up 1 goal…no surprise and scored 3!!!

Yes, 3. Let me put this into perspective. I’m lucky if I score 3 goals in a season. I’ve never scored 3 in a game…ever and I’ve been playing hockey for a long time!

Talking to you as an athlete when you visualise your success, do you really believe it? Does it feel right? Or are you just going through the motions?

Using EFT you can eliminate your own negative self doubt, improve your skill level and success rate.

Your own self doubt will determine your success or not for anything in your life not just sport.

If you don’t win the Gold. You can use EFT to let go of the pain, quickly learn what needs to be learnt so that you can win your next event easier and faster etc.

If you win the Gold – You can use EFT to make sure your 1st event afterwards is also a success.  You can also learn to cope much faster with the new added pressure that you and others will put on you.

The England hockey team could have used EFT recently. They won the European Championships.  A great result, but a stepping stone. Although they all thought they were now world beaters…NO….In their next event, the Champions Trophy, they came last.

Organiser - Getting nervous? Use EFT to remain calm and centred. If things don’t go according to plan, (Winter Opening Ceremony) you can use EFT to overcome easily the pain and frustration, get back on the wagon and concentrate and give your best.

There will always be stressful times before, during and after the event. You can use EFT to easily dissolve any anger, fear, sadness or guilt and move forward toward the next event and make it bigger and better.

Spectator – Getting to and from an event can be stressful and expensive. You can use EFT to not get so emotionally involved when things take time, flights are delayed or it costs more money than you thought it would.

You can use EFT when your team or champion does not win. Losing sucks.  Just ask me on a Saturday.  Maybe it’s about time to make EFT compulsory for all my team mates before a game?  With EFT there is no need to feel so down for the rest of your weekend or for your time at the Olympics.

Armchair Fan – So you’re sat in the comfort of your warm home.  Maybe you wanted to go to the Olympics but you couldn’t.  Whatever held you back can be resolved with the power of EFT.

You did not go because of a or many reasons.  All of these resonate with you on an emotional level. This is bread and butter for EFT.

If you team lose, no worries. Use EFT to get over the pain.  You can also use EFT to heighten the joy of winning too.

With EFT it’s a win win situation for all involved at the Olympics.

Your Olympics just got a whole lot better.
