How To Make A Vision Board

Why aren’t you making a vision board?
One of the best things I love to do at the beginning of each year is create a Vision Board. This is not the way, just a way.
As you read through this any, if,buts,maybes,cannots,should nots, doubts, I’m special moments…EFT them down and away.
What Is a Vision Board?
It is a collection of your end result images of what you want to manifest into your life.
This is without question one of the easiest things you can do to start believing and getting what you want. Combining it with EFT and the world really is your oyster. Doubts?
Even though I don’t think the world is my oyster or I can have everything I want. I deeply and completely love forgive and accept myself anyway.
Getting started will be the hardest thing you will every do, when creating your vision board. Before you begin you’ll put it off (InAction). You’ll have doubts if you can really achieve everything you want on your vision board.
You have not even started and you already have doubts. All these doubts, whether yours or from somebody else can be tapped away with EFT.
Imagines of Possibility
The point of a vision board is that you surround yourself with images of who you want to be, have, do and become. There is NO LIMIT to what you can put on your vision board. You’re giving yourself and the universe guidance on what you want.
Un-limitless Possibilities
The only limits on what you can have on a vision board are put on by yourself, or what others have told you is possible for you (and them).
Even though X said I can’t have…..I deeply and profoundly accept myself.
Event though X said I’ll never amount to much. I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though X said you can’t always get what you want. I choose to forgive myself for holding onto this and I choose to forgive those others that may have contributed to this in any way, shape or form.
(Parents – please note how many times you say or have said this to your children. Why do you say it? Your parents told you this was the case too?)
Even though my parents told me this too. They were only coming from their own old programming. I don’t need to believe this any more. I can now make my own decisions about what is or is not possible for me.
How To Create Your Vision Board
Set aside a couple of hours for this or you can do it over several days. Hunting down the perfect image for your board is brilliant.
Rule 1 – There are no rules. Really, really go for it. If you can’t EFT the cannots away!
Rule 2 – You have unlimited resources available to you. Internally, friends, family, financial, location.
Rule 3 – You can change your vision board as often or as little as you want.
Rule 4 – When a goal doesn’t excite YOU, bin it!
Rule 5 – The only person who decides you can’t have anything is YOU.
OK.
Think about, in the following areas of your life.

Family
-
Career and Business
-
Spirituality
-
Personal Growth
-
Health and Fitness
-
Material Stuff – Best of all!
These are very large areas. You can divide them as much or as little as you want. They are very general areas. You can have one board for each life area or one board for everything. It is up to you. If you have other areas you want to work on and with, go for it!
Write Down 10 or more goals, end results, things you want for each area (Rule 5!).
End Result Images
When when you have your end result. How will you know? What will it look like, feel like, sound like, taste like etc. You want YOUR end result.
Now go on the Internet, magazine shops, library. Anywhere where you will find images of the END RESULT. If you can get a photograph of you with, in or having your end result. Yes, you are allowed to go to the car dealerships, sit in the car and get your photograph taken. Cars, houses etc. It’s a numbers game. Not everybody seeing a house is going to buy it. If you can draw it, how every roughly do it!
Even though the estate agent will find me out and that I’m not the real deal. I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
I did this when I when I went to a Porsche garage only to sit in the car, get my photo taken, drive the car out and about. Only to go, no. I think I’d rather have a Merc! If you’re good with Photoshop, you can have a blast changing pictures.
So you now have many, many images which are the end result of what you want.
Now What?
Stick them up on a board or large sheet of paper. Hell they don’t even have to be although. Just where you will see them. Put them in a journal. The whole point is that you see what you want everyday. No matter how briefly.
If you can spend 2–3 minutes on each image daily and totally immerse youself in it. Wicked. You’ll start to get your feellings of believing really ramped up.
I have both a vision board and vision journal. If I’m hearing something or thinking about something. I’ll jot it down in my journal or draw it out. Just this simple act along as made some of my goals happen. Plus, I can take my journal with me when I’m travelling. I also take my vision board with me, but that is for another post.
When Your Vision Board Doesn’t Work
Relationships – Don’t focus on a person. If you really want a particular person, you may ‘get’ them. Yet, it is better to go for their qualities rather than them by name.
The Certain Way – There are many ways for you to achieve all your goals on your vision board. If you only expect to happen in a certain way, you’re cutting down your chances significantly.
It’s Not Your Goal – You have put a goal on your vision board, but actually it is not your goal. Tear it down and put something up that you really want.
Goal Is Not Here Yet. – There is a natural time delay in any goal. How would you like it if you said I want a baby and tomorrow you woke up next to a baby. If you got your dream car tomorrow, you’d still have to go and get insurance, maybe sell your old one.The universe and you has to have time to get ready for your goal.
You Have A Not Wanting Goal – If your goal was to not have something. i.e. I don’t want X any more. What is its total opposite? That is what you are really after. Change the image quickly. Otherwise you’ll keep looking at what you don’t want and it will come straight back at you.
If you don’t already have what you want. You are or have stopped yourself from getting it. EFT the blocks away.
Even though I don’t know how I’m going to achieve this, I’m beginning to be open to the possibility of there being many ways for me to get what I want.
There is Work to be Done By You
Creating your Vision Board was the easy part. Most people just leave it there. Don’t! Do you seriously want your goals or not? Creating your board and visualizing the end result may get you what you want.

Make a commitment to yourself that you will do everything THAT YOU CAN to achieve your end results too. This is so powerful because:

Your being serious about what you want and it is not some fashionable whim.

Your telling yourself, the universe and everything around you this is what I really want. I’m prepared to do whatever it takes to get what I want. I’ll get it with or without your help.

To the extent that you’re prepared to do all the work yourself, you won’t have to.

10 Ways To Finish Your EFT Set-Up Phrase

An EFT tapping round normally begins with a set-up phrase. Speaking out loud whilst tapping on your Karate Chop point, you would say 3 times:
Even though I have this _____________,I deeply and completely accept myself.
The EFT Manual details the following standard 2 endings.
I deeply and completely accept myself.
I deeply and profoundly accept myself.
There is a slight 3rd variation which is: I love and accept myself even though I have this_______________.” I tend not to use it. As it starts off the set-up phrase.
My standard EFT Set-up phrase is:
Even though I have this _____________ . I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
Why Would You Want Other Endings?
Often when tapping some people, can’t say out loud or to themselves I deeply and completely accept myself. This in its self needs some EFT tapping. Yet, that’s for another post.
My favourite 10 set-up endings, which I most regularly use are:
1. I choose to forgive myself for holding onto this and I choose to forgive those others that may have contributed to this in any way, shape or form.
2. I’m choosing to have compassion for myself even though I can’t yet love and accept myself.
3. I accept all of me anyway.
4. I am still a good person.
5. I’m willing for this to change.
6. I’m willing to accept all of my feelings without judgement.
7. I’m ready to let go of it now.
8. I’m open to letting go of this now.
9. I choose to _____________ . You can add a positive alternative emotion or say something to indicated movement towards your goal.
10. I refuse to be a victim anymore.
I have used and know many ways to end an EFT set-up phrase, but I think quite often I and maybe you too revert back to type or a tried and trusted old favourite.
Quite often, I’ll just go with whatever comes to mind. If you’re helping somebody else with EFT. By talking to them about their issues, they will give you clues and prompts on how to end a set-up phrase.
From here the world is your oyster. You can go wherever you mind takes you. You could also easily combine 2 or 3 of the above to create a new set-up ending.

The Number One Thing Your Child Can Learn To Stop Bed Wetting

Does you child wet their bed every night?
My story is simple, as a young child, every time I’d head back to boarding school this would happen. It’s hell.
This isn’t just for kids, you as a parent must learn this too! Your child is going to change, you have to too.
Bed wetting can happen because of genes and many emotional factors.
If bed wetting is caused by emotional problems EFT can help.
With EFT you can use it to resolve bed wetting from a variety of angles.
Children and adults don’t always know how to say or express what they are feeling. Why not start with a very general round of tapping?
Even though I wet the bed for whatever reason, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.
With that one phrase, the child has all their bases covered…wicked!
You can then become more specific and deal with individual issues. Best of all, you can teach a child EFT and they can go away and do it for themselves. Be willing to let them do it how they want to do it, not how you think they should do it.
Letting a child do EFT for themselves allows them to use their own language and what they are feeling. Not what you or I think they should be feeling.
Some areas to cover would be:
Physical Issues.
Deal with any physical pain that you child may have 1st, then see what happens with the bed wetting.
Emotions.
Talk to your child about what they feel before and after wetting their bed. Use EFT to clear up any negative emotions they have about wetting themselves and their bed.
School Life.
Are they being bullied at school? If they are feel nervous or anxious about school,this can often show up by them wetting the bed.
Family Problems
Have you and your partner separated? Talk to your child about family life and any changes that might be happening. Children also feel separation anxiety.
Remember what your child feels and how they express it is right for them. Even if they can’t articulate what they are feeling, teach them EFT anyway and they can just tap on the feel and describe it how it is for them.
How proud is you child each night they don’t wet the bed? Don’t you owe it to them to teach them this powerful technique?
