The EFT NOT NOT Game
Following on from my last post. I’m going to put something up that I’m really apprehensive about, why?
This sort of information I’m not sure should be out and available to the general public. What I’m about to let you in on is really, really powerful stuff. People pay big and I mean big bucks to learn what I’m about to tell you.
To recap, everything has 2 sides to it
Having it, NOT Having it.
i.e. you have anger, you don’t have anger or you have the car you don’t have the car.
So let’s take this one step further.
I don’t/do have X because of why Y
Any time you can get your wants or not wants into this format, the EFT NOT NOT Game can come into play
I don’t have the car I want because I don’t have the money.
Then it becomes a very simple pattern
I do have the car because I do have the money.
I do have the car because I don’t have the money.
I don’t have the car because I do have the money.
I don’t have the car because I don’t have the money.
X=Y
X= Not Y
Not X = Y
Not X = Not Y
Does that make sense? You can use any of this pattern either in the set-up phrase or tapping on your points with the reminder phrase.
This may seem very simple or you might wonder where the power lies. The short answer is your problem can’t exist as true and real “in” one or more of these statements.
Once you start using this pattern, you’re problem cannot remain the same.It’s boundaries have to shift to keep it a problem. Insight can come at you thick and fast.
Simple but very effective.

End Your Bruxism Hell With EFT

5 to 20 percent of adults react to stress at night by clenching their jaws and grinding their teeth (Bruxism), are you one of them?
Luckily for me, I only suffer from teeth or jaw grinding infrequently. Yet, my brother – when he is asleep. Gee, his mouth sounds like a drill bit going off. He’s had guards, seen the dentist. Yet, he still grinds his teeth at night.
Many of the causes of bruxism are all in your head and emotionally based.
EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques can help you release all your negative emotions.

Stress.
Yes, this is not just one emotion, but many. By using EFT on the causes of your stress you can release those things, people and places that are causing you to feel stressed.

Even though I don’t know why I grind my teeth or Even though I don’t think I grind my teeth. Pick an ending phrase or come up with your own.
Anxiety.
70% of all bruxism is caused by anxiety. Do you have a test coming up? Whatever the cause of you anxiety, you can EFT it away. You can tap on anything and everything that you think might be causing you to be anxious.
Resentment.
EFT works really well with resentment issues. You might think of resentment as anger frustration, jealousy, or maybe even hurt.
Frustration.
By not letting go of you frustrations, you actually keep yourself where you are. You will not move forward, no matter how hard you try. What would happen if you let got frustrated by your frustration?
Even though I don’t know why I’m frustrated, what would happen if I let it go anyway
Anger.
Anger takes on so many forms. Physical, mental, verbal and emotional. EFT can and does treat all of these at any level you want.
Heartache.
This emotion is often deeply hidden under many layers. Why? Your unconscious mind thinks it is actually protecting you, by keeping this emotion hidden. What caused it. It thinks is far worse for you and it doesn’t want you to experience it again. How many times have you heard? Big boys don’t cry. Rubbish. You’re just not allowed to cry in public.
Fear.
What you think might happen rarely does. Yet, fear stops you dead in your tracks. Often it will stop you doing something before you have even done it. By removing your fear. You’ll end up doing what you want to do. Remember not starting your essay until the night before it had to be in?

The Number One Thing You Can Do to Stop Biting Your Nails

Did you know, nail biting results in the movement of bacteria that are buried under the surface of the nail, or pinworms from your anus region to your mouth?
I understand how you feel. In fact, I use to bite my nails until I had no nail left on my finger tip. I fully understand how difficult it is to stop. The paint on nail polish, doesn’t work, it won’t work for you either.
I’ve stopped biting my nails for good and so can you!
Fact – Most people don’t use harmful medication or nail polish. They stop biting their nails on their own.
This is good news for you and I. You can stop biting your nails even if you have tried before and it is pain free.

Stress.
With EFT, you can stop what triggers your stress response. Even if you don’t know what it is.
Even though I don’t know why I’m stressed and and want to bite my nails. I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.
Low Self Esteem.
By using EFT you can begin to have a better self image and how you see yourself. Once you do that, others will see you differently too.
Even though it is possible for others to stop biting their nails, I can’t.
Boredom.
If you are bored at work or home and you have nothing to do. Emotional Freedom Techniques can help by releasing the underlying fears that make up your boredom.
Even though I’m bored and want something to do, so I just bite my nails, because I’ve nothing better to do. I accept all of me anyway.
Childhood.
Most people start biting their nails in childhood. With EFT, when tapping on other issues, it is often the case that a side effect of treating totally unrelated issues.
Your nail biting stops.
As a child were you ever told off for biting your nails? If you do EFT around events when you were shouted at and told off. This will also work.
Even though there is a part of me that wants to keep on biting my nails, I deeply and completely, love forgive and accept myself.
Even though there is a part of me that doesn’t what to give up biting my nails, I’m OK with that.
