You should include as much detail as possible. Nothing is set in stone and can always be changed as you changed.

What do you hear?
What does it feel like?
What does it look like?
Any smell or taste?
Where are you? Who is with you?
EFT is no different
How do you feeling?
Where do you feel it? Either in your body or where does the event take place?
When do you feel it? What age are you in this event?
Who is with you, what are they saying, how are they saying it?
The more detail you can add to both, the quicker, easier and faster your results.
