EFT- I’m Afraid Still!

Oh I’ve been having fun with my I’m afraid tapping as mentioned in my last post. It’s just been incredible for me to see what comes up. How’s it going with you?

Things I’ve tapped on over the last few days:

I’m afraid of winning.

I’m afraid of being shouted again.

I’m afraid of earning that much money.

I’m afraid of having it taken away from me again.

I’m afraid of having it stolen from me

Even though they stole my toy when I was small..

I’m afraid to give up my XXX job.

I’m afraid of losing my job.

I’m afraid of quitting my job.

There is an underlying global ‘issue’ that I’m working through, so I do have some semblance of a direction, hence why some of the phrases are similar.

My set-up phrases take the following form I’ll start with the following simple set-up phrase:

Even though I’m afraid of being shouted at again. I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.

As ever I do this 3 times. Then my reminder phrase on my major

EB – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

SE – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

UE – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

UN – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

C – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

CB – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

SA – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

TH – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

Then I’ll do another round as follows;

EB – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

SE – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

UE – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

UN – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

C – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

CB – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

SA – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

TH – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

I’ll repeat these throughout the day: on the train, going to the loo, making a cup of tea,in a lift, at my desk. Anywhere, any time, any place. I might throw in a gamut point here and there. Once I’ve done some proper rounds, I’ll just tap on the points as and when. I’ll let a thought literally just pop into my head to see what comes up. I’ll then just tap on that.

Sometimes I’ll start a sentence – I’m afraid…just to see how unconsciously finish it. Sometimes it will be something I’ve already tapped on. I take that as a sign that I need to tap more on that sentence, that emotion. I don’t mind tapping over and over on the same thing. Trust me you’ll tap far less in terms of your time, compared to how long you have been holding on and feeling these beliefs.

I know things are changing because I’m feeling better, feeling different about what it is that I’m tapping on, I’m yawning. Occasionally I’ll feel a whoosh of energy, as some major block of energy has been released. Don’t worry this is an amazing experience, I love these bigger Champagne moments.

Also I’ll see physical changes too in my environment and all I’ve done is tap.
