EFT Doesn’t Work

EFT_Doesn't_Work

EFT doesn’t work.You’re absolutely right it doesn’t.

I hear this a lot.

There’s just one problem with that statement.  It’s not completely true.I’ve discovered that when people say, think and feel that EFT doesn’t work.  It isn’t the absolute concrete truth.  I’ve found out that this thought, thinking, feeling and belief can easily be shifted so that EFT DOES WORK FOR YOU

By simply asking a few questions I can easily discover where EFT does or doesn’t work for you too.

Firstly you need to realise that EFT doesn’t work is only a partial statement. i.e. if you had to draw out that statement, you’d have to put that statement in a context.  EFT doesn’t work sounds as if it’s fixed in time or it is fixed within us and fixed permanently

It’s not.
By answering a few simple questions were can reframe or change the shape, size, context of EFT doesn’t work.  By doing this we can loosen its perceived grip on you. Once you do this tapping and changing any belief, action, behaviour or feeling.

The first thing we have to do is ask a simple question

Because?

EFT doesn’t work because…. Asking this one simple word begins to flesh out this seemingly permanently fixed statement.Any answer is the right one for the person answering the question.

It may not be an answer that you would think, feel or say if you ask the question.

Some possible answers could be:

EFT doesn’t work because my Dad said so.

EFT doesn’t work because I tried it once and it failed.

EFT doesn’t work because I didn’t get the result that I wanted.

Even the above answers are still not really clear.

What specifically did your Dad say to you and how? How did EFT specifically not work for you?  How did you know that if failed?  What result do you really want?

We can work with the 3 above statements.  Yet the more specific you can be in either side of the because equation, the more precise you can be with your questions.

Some of the questions and responses may not seem that powerful on their own.  Combine several when you are talking to somebody about EFT.  It is also worth noting that what maybe powerful for you, may not be powerful for somebody else, this is also why you should combine several of these statements and questions together.

So let’s get started..

When doesn’t EFT work for you?
How do you know that it doesn’t work for you?
What specifically in EFT doesn’t work for you?
Who doesn’t EFT work for?
What did your Dad say to you that made you think EFT doesn’t work?
How did he say that?
When did he say it?
What did you try?
How do you know it failed?
When did you try it?
What result did you specifically want that you didn’t get?
How do you know that you didn’t get the result that you wanted?
When do you want to get the result by?

How do you know EFT doesn’t work?

How do you know that you failed at EFT?

How do you know that you didn’t get the result that you want?

When you think about EFT not working for you, what do you see, hear and feel?

If I’m going to be you for a moment how do I represent that in my mind so that I’m you knowing that EFT doesn’t work.

Your Dad saying EFT doesn’t work doesn’t cause EFT to not work for you; it causes you to stay stuck
Your Dad saying EFT doesn’t work doesn’t cause EFT to not work for you; it causes you to realize you want more out of life.
What your Dad says doesn’t cause EFT to not work for you it causes you to stay stuck as that small child which you once were.
Trying EFT once and it failing doesn’t cause EFT to not work it causes you to forget how to act as a child.
Trying EFT once and it failing doesn’t mean EFT has failed; it causes you to know one more way that EFT doesn’t work for you at this time.
Not getting the result that you want doesn’t mean EFT doesn’t work for you; it causes you to notice where you are now and how far you are from what you want.
Not getting what you want doesn’t mean EFT doesn’t work for you; it causes you to look for an alternative solution to find your goal.

EFT not working isn’t caused by what your Dad said, it’s caused by believing what he said is true.

EFT not working isn’t caused by what your Dad said; it’s caused by not following the pattern properly.

EFT not working isn’t caused by what your Dad said; it’s caused by skipping the set-up phrase.

EFT not working isn’t caused by you just trying it once, it’s caused by not believe that you can or want to change. EFT not working isn’t caused by you just trying it once; it’s caused not being specific enough with the basic set-up. EFT not working isn’t caused by you just trying it once; it’s caused by you forgetting how you learned as a child. EFT not working isn’t caused by you not getting the result that you want, it’s caused by you not really know what you want.

EFT not working isn’t caused by you not getting what you want, it’s caused by you stopping before you reached your goal. EFT not working isn’t caused by you not getting the result that you want, it’s caused by you putting a time limit on when you have to get your goal by and deep down you really know you’re not ready for it, even though you say to yourself that you are.

How do you have to work each time you think like this so that EFT doesn’t work for you?
How did you work that out?
How do you have to work so that EFT will work for you?
How do you work that out?

How do you say that to yourself?

What do you say to yourself each time you think about that? How do you keep failing to think something differently?

How are you holding onto this result and not getting what you want?

What result is more important to you that the one that you’re actually getting?

Your Dad saying EFT doesn’t work does cause EFT to fail for you it causes even more possibilities
Trying once and failing doesn’t cause EFT to not work for you it causes EFT to work wonders.
Not getting the result you want doesn’t cause EFT to not work for you, it causes you to get the actual results you intended.

Do you know anything where what your Dad said caused you to get something that you want?
Has your Dad ever said something that you believed and it wasn’t true?
Have you ever tried something once and got what you want?
Have you ever done something more than once and enjoyed it?
Has you ever done EFT and had it work for you?
EFT not working is actually your protective mechanism.
Your Dad saying what he did is actually him keeping you safe as that 2 year old child.
Your dad saying what he did is actually based on his own experience of trying to change.
Your Dad saying what he did is actually him reacting to what his father said to him when he wanted to change.
Failing once is actually you behaving like an adult and not learning like you did as a child.
Trying it once and failing is actually just you finding out one way that you learn and practice.
EFT not working is because you’ve not even tried it once.
EFT not working for you is just your desire to change in more ways than one.
EFT doesn’t isn’t working because you’re not following the process as you’ve been shown. How is doing it your own way working out for you?
You have that belief so that you can blame somebody else for it not working other than yourself.
You have that belief so that you can hide behind your parents like you did as a child, instead of standing up as a true adult.
You have this belief so that you can continue hiding behind other people.
You have that belief so that you can stay save and protected, instead of going outside of your comfort blanket.
You have that belief so that you can blame somebody else for it not working other than yourself.
You have that belief so that you can stay save.
You have that belief so that you cannot see how truly powerful you really are.

You have that belief because you didn’t want to shine instead of your brother. You have that belief because you want your father’s approval.

You have that belief because your Dad was keeping you safe and secure when you were a child.  He didn’t want you to fail at anything and feel pain or hurt.

The short term consequence of holding on their belief is that you are going to remain just as stuck as you are now. The immediate consequence of this belief is not growing up as an adult.

Being stuck will lead to a truly unfulfilled life.

Not growing will keep you stuck and lonely for the rest of your life.If you don’t change now, the world around you will never change either.

That’s a really interesting map of the world, here’s why you have it, your Dad was just trying to keep you safe with the knowledge he had.

Do you find that beliefs which cause you to limit yourself from learning the skills enhance success? If all people believed that would the world be a richer place?

If I believed that would you be reading this article? For how long have you held this belief? When does this belief not make sense?

What if EFT did work for you and you got even better results than even you thought possible?

EFT not working is not the same as what your Dad says.
When has your Dad said something and you found through your own experience that it wasn’t true for you now as an adult?

Believing that will not stop your or the world from changing.
The consequences of holding on to this believe only mean it will take you longer to get the things that you truly desire.

Do you always trust in what other people say?
Do politicians always say things that don’t work out?

Yes EFT is a pile of nonsense and if it didn’t work so well I’d have nothing to do with it.It’s incredible effective in my experience even though I’ve seen it proved time and time again that it doesn’t work. My own proof is that it does work.

What do you say when somebody tells you EFT doesn’t work? Comment Below.
