Been there done that. You wake and worry about work before you have even hit the shower. Stressing all the way to work. Your life should not be like this any more.

How can EFT help you?

It doesn’t matter which type of stress you have.  EFT,unlike many other approaches to stress relief dissolves the cause or causes of your stress.  It does not just treat the symptoms.

By Using EFT to combat your stress, everything in your life can change emotional, mentally and physically.

With EFT you can heal any physical problems you may have first before you begin actually treating your own stress. Most illnesses, disease and physical discomfort are caused because of your own emotional discomfort and being out of balance.

EFT allows you to quickly release the emotional reasons why stress happens to you.

Once you learn how to do EFT, you body will start to feel stressed and let go of the the stressful emotions quicker and faster all by itself. Since it learns that is what you’ll do anyway.

Yes, in case you’re wondering I get stressed too. Just because I do EFT, does not mean I live in a utopian existence.
