The Power of Pronouns and EFT Tapping

Stop! – This is not going to be an English grammar lesson, so you can just sit back, relax and start reading.

When you first start to learn EFT and the tapping statement. Many of us are taught a very basic reminder phrase.  The reminder phrase is the phrase that you repeat to yourself as you tap on all the points around the body after you have completed the set-up phrase whilst tapping on the karate chop point.

i.e. Even though I have this emotion. I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself. – This is your set-up phrase

The then often taught reminder phrase is ‘this emotion’.  Whilst this can and does work. I find more emotion is felt and subsequently released when you change the “this” to “my”. For myself it somehow personalizes the tapping reminder phrase. I tend to have a very different emotional reaction when I ‘put the emotion upon myself’.

There are many types of pronouns. It also seems to have powerful effects if you change the “this” to his, her, your and their too.

You can be tapping on your own issue, yet changing the reminder phrase to be ‘applicable’ to somebody else. Your unconscious mind will made connections, even if you don’t consciously.

The following is a list of many pronouns. Don’t worry, you already know the words and use them daily.

“I,” “you,” “she,” “he,” “it,” “we,” “you,” “they.”

“me,” “you,” “her,” “him,” “it,” “us,” “you,” and “them.”

“mine,” “yours,” “hers,” “his,” “its,” “ours,” and “theirs.”

Can you begin to imagine how, just by changing one seemingly small word, your tapping experience could be transformed forever?

The EFT NOT NOT Game

Following on from my last post. I’m going to put something up that I’m really apprehensive about, why?

This sort of information I’m not sure should be out and available to the general public.  What I’m about to let you in on is really, really powerful stuff.  People pay big and I mean big bucks to learn what I’m about to tell you.

To recap, everything has 2 sides to it

Having it, NOT Having it.

i.e. you have anger, you don’t have anger or you have the car you don’t have the car.

So let’s take this one step further.

I don’t/do have X because of why Y

Any time you can get your wants or not wants into this format, the EFT NOT NOT Game can come into play

I don’t have the car I want because I don’t have the money.

Then it becomes a very simple pattern

I do have the car because I do have the money.

I do have the car because I don’t have the money.

I don’t have the car because I do have the money.

I don’t have the car because I don’t have the money.

X=Y

X= Not Y

Not X = Y

Not X = Not Y

Does that make sense?  You can use any of this pattern either in the set-up phrase or tapping on your points with the reminder phrase.

This may seem very simple or you might wonder where the power lies. The short answer is your problem can’t exist as true and real “in” one or more of these statements.

Once you start using this pattern, you’re problem cannot remain the same.It’s boundaries have to shift to keep it a problem.  Insight can come at you thick and fast.

Simple but very effective.

Did you know that just adding one extra word to your EFT rounds can totally transform yourself and EFT?

If you want something or don’t want something, many people will tell you to say it the way you want it.  That’s great except there’s one huge problem.  You don’t think and feel like that.

When you want something and you haven’t got it. One of the hardest things to do, is say and feel it the way you want it.

Your brain and self talk just says…NO. Don’t talk such………..

Every problem, issue,challenge,goal has two sides to it.  A positive and a negative if you will.

You Want/You Don’t Want. You Have/You Don’t Have.

So why not use this to your advantage?

Even though I have this X, I deeply and completely love,forgive and accept myself.

Even though I DON’T have this X, I deeply and completely love,forgive and accept myself.

Even though I have this anger, I deeply and completely love,forgive and accept myself.

Even though I DON’T have this anger, I deeply and completely love,forgive and accept myself.

Try it, you might like it.

So the one word that you need to add to your EFT phrasing is NO or NOT.  By doing this you have all your emotional bases covered.  You’ll find over time if you’re tapping on a particular issue.  Your NOT tapping, will become less and less because your internal blocks are becoming less and less to what it is that which you want.
