Do you actually know what you want?

I’ve been there. I remember sitting in front of a computer screen and silently asking myself -  Is this my life for the next 40 years? My brain came screaming back ***** no!

Great, but that didn’t help me. My brain didn’t come back saying you’re going to do this.  What was I to do?

Simple, use my best kept secret.

But, how will you know what your passion is?

Think about your life?  What do you enjoy doing when not working?  What do you really enjoy doing?  Is it something physical, i.e. you feel it. Do you like to hear things, i.e. go to concert or talk. Maybe you like to look at things.

You might know your passion or dream as your vision, or calling.  Whatever you really enjoying doing, is actually what it will be for you.

i.e. If you like being told a story (audio). When you find out what your passion is…you will call it your calling (audio).

OK, so what is the secret?

It’s EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

If you don’t know what your dream or passion is. You can tap on the reasons why you don’t know what it is.

Even though I don’t know what my passion really is…
Even though I actually afraid to admit to myself what I’m really passionate about…

Friends and Family

Keep quiet about your dreams and wants. Why? Your nearest and dearest love to keep you down at their level.  That is why they are your friends.  Tell them after the event.

How often do you hear – you can’t always get what you want?  Or who are you kidding that will never work?  Whatever they say or tell you. If it is negative and makes you go ouch. Use EFT to overcome why it causes you to feel hurt or pain.

Future

The only way to predict your future is to create it.  Yes, things will get in the way.  That is just the universe testing you.  Do you really want this? It can be as simple as boredom or procrastination. You can easily use EFT to overcome being bored, frustrated or whatever is in your way.

Task Overload

You might know this as overwhelm.  Every journey has things that need to get done.  If you are scared of doing a task.  You can use EFT to overcome the fear you are feeling.  Once you understand what causes the fear, you’ll find yourself doing the task or dropping it because it is not as important as you thought it was.

Warning!

Once you find out what your passion, calling or vision is. You must do something about it. it is not going to go away.

Whatever your excuse for not doing something about it. EFT is one of the quickest ways to overcome what stops you.

When are you going to…Just Do It?

The EFT NOT NOT Game

Following on from my last post. I’m going to put something up that I’m really apprehensive about, why?

This sort of information I’m not sure should be out and available to the general public.  What I’m about to let you in on is really, really powerful stuff.  People pay big and I mean big bucks to learn what I’m about to tell you.

To recap, everything has 2 sides to it

Having it, NOT Having it.

i.e. you have anger, you don’t have anger or you have the car you don’t have the car.

So let’s take this one step further.

I don’t/do have X because of why Y

Any time you can get your wants or not wants into this format, the EFT NOT NOT Game can come into play

I don’t have the car I want because I don’t have the money.

Then it becomes a very simple pattern

I do have the car because I do have the money.

I do have the car because I don’t have the money.

I don’t have the car because I do have the money.

I don’t have the car because I don’t have the money.

X=Y

X= Not Y

Not X = Y

Not X = Not Y

Does that make sense?  You can use any of this pattern either in the set-up phrase or tapping on your points with the reminder phrase.

This may seem very simple or you might wonder where the power lies. The short answer is your problem can’t exist as true and real “in” one or more of these statements.

Once you start using this pattern, you’re problem cannot remain the same.It’s boundaries have to shift to keep it a problem.  Insight can come at you thick and fast.

Simple but very effective.

The easiest way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.  The problem is you can’t.  You have tried in the past and failed.

Why?

Being over weight, is good for you!  You get more help and support from other individuals and things around you than you think you would if you were slim.

With Emotional Freedom Techniques you can decide and cut your neediness for other people.

Even though I’m afraid to let go of my weight.  I totally love, accept and forgive myself.

Let Go of the Root Cause of Your Weight.

With Emotional Freedom Techniques you can find and get rid of all of your root causes as to why you began eating in the 1st place.  Letting go of your root causes will shift the way you speak about your weight.  The way you think about yourself and your weight.  It will change the actions you do or don’t do because you are over weight.

Even though I don’t know why I’m over weight.I choose to forgive myself for holding onto this and I choose to forgive those others that may have contributed to this in any way, shape or form.

Deep down you don’t desire to change.

Go Beyond Your Comfort Zone.

Changing is scary.  Fear is nothing more than thinking about future events and thinking how they might be.  You can use this same power to changing your future.

Even though I’m afraid to change because it has been like that in the past for me.I’m willing for this to change.

You Don’t Like Exercise.

Do you have negative opinions about exercise and going down the gym?  With Emotional Freedom Techniques you can improve your self image. Enjoy going to the gym, being in front of other people.

Even though I hate exercising, I hate looking at myself in the mirror.  I’m choosing to have compassion for myself even though I can’t yet love and accept myself.

If you can’t get started exercising regularly, with EFT you can remove all your charged reasons why you don’t workout.

Change Your InAction to Action.

With Emotional Freedom Techniques, you can begin doing small things like walking to and from the stores.  If you don’t  exercise even this small change will make a huge difference.  By tapping, your actions change, very often over time. There is no great impact.  Its effects are subtle.  You can develop with the new shifts as they happen.
