Do you keep buying the latest gadget only to not improve your golf game?

It doesn’t matter whether you are a pitch and putter, driving ranger or 4hr walk type of golfer. There is a simple technique which takes only minutes to do that can improve all aspects of your golf game, no matter what your level.

No matter what you do to improve your golf game. There is always one thing that most of us don’t change or upgrade. That is YOU!

EFT is YOUR golfing upgrade. No matter what you want to improve about your golf game. How you think and feel about you and golf will have a direct effect to your game.

When can you use EFT for your golf game?

Before the Round

Do you sit in the club car park, talking to yourself about how your game is going to go, before you have even started? If you every find yourself telling your golf story, “oh I’ll never be able to do that”. You can use EFT to remove and dissolve any of your limiting decisions and beliefs about you and your golf game.

Even though I’m not very good at golf, I accept all of me just the way I am.

Even though I’m only a social player and not a very good one. I deeply and completely accept myself.

Tee Off

Do you have a ritual before your teeing off. Does it feel right? If your friends constantly tell you something about you and your golf game at any time. After a while you start to do and play just like they tell you, you are. Why? You want to prove them right.

Even though I panic, right before I tee off.I deeply and profoundly accept myself.

Even though I stop breathing and imagine a bad shot before I’ve even started, I’m willing to let this go now.

Wrong Shot

If at any time you make a shot as you go around the golf course. If you get angry at your inability to do something. You can remove the angry that you are feeling. Any negative emotion you have about your golf game can be got rid of with EFT.

Even though no matter hope much I try, I keep making the wrong shot, I’m choosing to be calm and confident.

Visualisation

If you practice your game when not on the golf course. Does it ‘juice’ you up? Or do you repeat the same mistakes in your head when you are going around the course? With EFT, you can really use it to play the perfect game of golf. As you do so in your mind, you’ll be playing better on the course.

Even though I’ve more interference than a bad tv set, I’m choosing to play the next game sticks shots less than today.

Warning!

If you improve too much, you regular buddies will not like it, certainly not if you are the one normally loosing. You might have to change your golfing buddies and club.

Don’t let their anger and jealousy at you becoming a better, more consistent golfer bring you back down. Then again, you wouldn’t feel guilty or start losing any more, you now have EFT to get over it.

Even though they are jealous of my new found game, I deciding to keep it anyway.

Does you child wet their bed every night?

My story is simple, as a young child, every time I’d head back to boarding school this would happen. It’s hell.

This isn’t just for kids, you as a parent must learn this too!  Your child is going to change, you have to too.

Bed wetting can happen because of genes and many emotional factors.

If bed wetting is caused by emotional problems EFT can help.

With EFT you can use it to resolve bed wetting from a variety of angles.

Children and adults don’t always know how to say or express what they are feeling. Why not start with a very general round of tapping?

Even though I wet the bed for whatever reason, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.

With that one phrase, the child has all their bases covered…wicked!

You can then become more specific and deal with individual issues.  Best of all, you can teach a child EFT and they can go away and do it for themselves.  Be willing to let them do it how they want to do it, not how you think they should do it.

Letting a child do EFT for themselves allows them to use their own language and what they are feeling. Not what you or I think they should be feeling.

Some areas to cover would be:

Physical Issues.

Deal with any physical pain that you child may have 1st, then see what happens with the bed wetting.

Emotions.

Talk to your child about what they feel before and after wetting their bed. Use EFT to clear up any negative emotions they have about wetting themselves and their bed.

School Life.

Are they being bullied at school?  If they are feel nervous or anxious about school,this can often show up by them wetting the bed.

Family Problems

Have you and your partner separated?  Talk to your child about family life and any changes that might be happening.  Children also feel separation anxiety.

Remember what your child feels and how they express it is right for them.  Even if they can’t articulate what they are feeling, teach them EFT anyway and they can just tap on the feel and describe it how it is for them.

How proud is you child each night they don’t wet the bed? Don’t you owe it to them to teach them this powerful technique?

5 to 20 percent of adults react to stress at night by clenching their jaws and grinding their teeth (Bruxism), are you one of them?

Luckily for me, I only suffer from teeth or jaw grinding infrequently.  Yet, my brother – when he is asleep.  Gee, his mouth sounds like a drill bit going off.  He’s had guards, seen the dentist. Yet, he still grinds his teeth at night.

Many of the causes of bruxism are all in your head and emotionally based.

EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques can help you release all your negative emotions.

EFT works on all negative emotions.  Here are some of the key ones, which appear to cause bruxism.

Stress.

Yes, this is not just one emotion, but many.  By using EFT on the causes of your stress you can release those things, people and places that are causing you to feel stressed.

You can even find relief by tapping:

Even though I don’t know why I grind my teeth or Even though I don’t think I grind my teeth.  Pick an ending phrase or come up with your own.

Anxiety.

70% of all bruxism is caused by anxiety.  Do you have a test coming up?  Whatever the cause of you anxiety, you can EFT it away.  You can tap on anything and everything that you think might be causing you to be anxious.

Resentment.

EFT works really well with resentment issues. You might think of resentment as anger frustration, jealousy, or maybe even hurt.

Frustration.

By not letting go of you frustrations, you actually keep yourself where you are.  You will not move forward, no matter how hard you try.   What would happen if you let got frustrated by your frustration?

Even though I don’t know why I’m frustrated, what would happen if I let it go anyway

Anger.

Anger takes on so many forms.  Physical, mental, verbal and emotional.  EFT can and does treat all of these at any level you want.

Heartache.

This emotion is often deeply hidden under many layers. Why?  Your unconscious mind thinks it is actually protecting you, by keeping this emotion hidden. What caused it. It thinks is far worse for you and it doesn’t want you to experience it again.  How many times have you heard?  Big boys don’t cry. Rubbish.  You’re just not allowed to cry in public.

Fear.

What you think might happen rarely does.  Yet, fear stops you dead in your tracks. Often it will stop you doing something before you have even done it. By removing your fear.  You’ll end up doing what you want to do.  Remember not starting your essay until the night before it had to be in?
