Can You Use EFT For More Than One Issue, In The Same Day?

Absolutely, you can never over tap.

With EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques or Tapping. You and your body don’t have a certain amount of issues that you can work on in any given time or space.

In fact, in the beginning of your EFT journey it is a good thing to tap as often as you can. The more you do it, the more comfortable you will become with the process.  The more you’ll know which words and emotions are you’re “big ones” and need further tapping. You’ll begin to discover which of the EFT points seem to be “your” spots and where for you, the magic happens and you consistently get big emotional releases.

You’ll begin to start changing the setup phrases to really suit what you are feeling. Too often new tappers come to EFT and are afraid to change even the tense or grammar of the sentences to fit their problem, challenge or emotion.

EFT is such a forgiving technique. Your set-up phrase and reminder phrases should be as easy as possible for you to say and remember. If they are not , you’ll worry about them and stop doing the tapping.

Why am I not getting a shift in my issue?

  1. You are trying to tap on too many issues at once.
  2. You are not being specific enough in describing your problem.  You’re wanting to hide something or not admit something to yourself. Go for it!
  3. You don’t really want to tap on what it is that you are feeling.  – Then you really need to tap on this one.
  4. You’re tapping has worked and without noticing you have started using different language or feeling a different emotion.

I feel tired when I tap.

When you tap lots in one session, you’ll find many things can and do happen.

  1. You might yawn a lot.
  2. You have a need to drink lots of water.
  3. You sleep like you haven’t slept in ages.
  4. You’ll have little releases of emotion and big emotional releases.

You’ll be tapping on issue D and find that issue A, that you tapped on earlier no longer bothers you.
When doing lots of tapping, you results and changes will start to show up gradually too, even if you think nothing has happened whilst you have been tapping. Your body and behaviours are catching up with the new you.

These are all great signs that you are changing at a much deeper level.

Best of all, you might even discover…

You say something at the right moment, with the right words and feeling and you’ll have an emotional release there and there. These are the real crowning glories of EFT Champagne moments.

Fear of Needles? – Banish It with 1 Simple Step! – EFT

21% of Americans have a fear of needles, are you one of them?

Trypanophobia is the extreme and irrational fear of medical procedures involving injections or hypodermic needles.

I know how you feel.I love to travel, but getting those shots I hate with a passion. No matter good the travelling is, I still hate getting the injections.

But there is something that you can start using today…

It is thought that a fear of needles has evolved from the fear of being stabbed.

What is that you fear will hurt or go wrong?  As you think about needles, any negative emotion i.e. anxiousness or fright can easily and quickly be resolved and dissolved with EFT.

Childhood Experiences

I grew up having to have injections for travel as a child. At one point I hid under the desk in the doctor’s surgery. My grandmother was not impressed.  Yet, there was no way my doctor was going to stick that needle into me.  My last lot of travelling I had to have six injections.  All were pain and more importantly anxiety free.

With EFT if you can remember any past experience or even with needles.  You can tap on that to dissolve the emotional charge that the event has on you.

Even though I’ve bad experiences in the past, I’m choosing to release this anxiety now…

The more specific you can be with any event, i.e. date, time, how, who was there, what was said, the quicker and easier you’ll get over your fear of needles.

It might just take slightly longer as you mind goes looking for your past needle events.

How To Improve Your Confidence with EFT- 3 Top Tips

Is something holding you back from achieving all your goals? Do want to do something but you can’t?

I’ve been there. I’ve recently been planning a trip abroad.  All is booked up ready to go. Yet, I thought what if they don’t let me in the country? I’m going for longer than I normally do.

Panic, fear, self doubt all set in. I came up with a million and one reasons why they might not let me in. Even though I’ve been in this country 6 or 7 times already without any problem.

Then I thought come on, I’m not even there yet, and I’m already worrying about my trip.

There is a simple technique that you can use to overcome any lack of self confidence in any area.

It’s EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

How can EFT help you?

Lacking in confidence is not a character flaw.  It is not you.  It means you just have some doubts over whether something at the moment is possible or not.  You probably don’t lack confidence, it is actually another emotion that you are feeling

1.Confidence in Your Unconfidence.

Have you ever notice how confident you are in being unconfident.  Wow…that is amazing.  You already know how to do and be confident. What if you just kept on being confident in your unconfidence?

You could tap on the following:

Even though I’m confident in my unconfidence…
Even though I’m not sure or unconfidence, what if it was all just a big lie?

2.Not Prepared Enough

This is a big one. Most times you have doubts, it is because you are not prepared enough, you haven’t done the revision or the required work or you know that you could have done more and to a higher standard.  EFT will not do the work for you. It will help you feel confident and calm even if you haven’t done everything that you could have.

3.Afraid to Fail or Succeed.

Thanks to the school system, we are taught to fear getting things wrong.  Yet this doesn’t help you in the real world.  With EFT you can overcome your fear of failure and if you do ‘fail’ or get it wrong, let go of the emotions that you feel – anger, sadness, guilt etc. EFT does what getting it wrong is suppose to teach you – learn from it.  The insights and learnings you can get from a ‘failing’ situation can be incredible.

What if you achieve your goals and succeed? That might scare you too.  You’ll be break free of your comfort zone. You might have to explain yourself to other people.  Will they be jealous?  All these emotions can be resolved and dissolved with EFT.

Bonus – Tip!

The real key is being specific about where you think you lack confidence. I’m pretty certain you don’t lack confidence going to buy your groceries or tying up your shoes laces.
