How To Let Go Of Your Past Negative Emotions with EFT – in 2 minutes or less.

Do you sill moan about your past?

I’ve been there. I’ve talked about how bad things were for me. I’ve moaned about people and places to myself, even when nobody was about to listen. For some reason something was triggered inside of me and bam..I start moaning and feeling terrible.

My big secret over the last two years without question has been  EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). I’ve applied and do apply to everything. You don’t have to accept your past any more? You still keep the memory. You just don’t need to hold onto the emotional baggage.  Yes, you might have to trawl through some mud, yet speaking from experience the other side is pretty amazing.

With EFT you can pick any area of your life, large or small and by using EFT any memories that used to make you angry, depressed, annoyed or sad, can now be gone and replaced by better feelings.

When tapping on a negative emotion, event or person.  Your inner mind will find the old emotions, and beginning dissolving the negative emotions associated with it.  As you release the negative emotions you will find the positive lesson in that memory and create a connection with that memory that holds the new emotions.

This is a very enlightening experience, and a very simple way to let your mind be free of the pain and judgement of the past. The change can happen very fast or it can happen very subtly.

Action

1.Take out several sheets of paper

2.At the top of each paper, list on one sheet, one of these emotions. Anger, Fear, Sadness and Guilt.

3.Next think about your major life areas: Career/Business, Relationships, Money, Spirituality, Personal Growth, Things You Want to Have and Do.  Also any others that are important to you.

Now on each sheet of paper begin thinking about each emotion and each life area. Think

What makes me angry or What am I angry in my career?
What makes me sad or what am I sad about in my relationships?

You get the idea…

Now everything that comes up is something to tap on with EFT.  You can tap on as many or as few things as you want to.  Obviously the more you use EFT, the more effective it all be for you and the results that you will see.
