How To Improve Your Confidence with EFT- 3 Top Tips

I’ve been there. I’ve recently been planning a trip abroad. All is booked up ready to go. Yet, I thought what if they don’t let me in the country? I’m going for longer than I normally do.
Panic, fear, self doubt all set in. I came up with a million and one reasons why they might not let me in. Even though I’ve been in this country 6 or 7 times already without any problem.
Then I thought come on, I’m not even there yet, and I’m already worrying about my trip.
There is a simple technique that you can use to overcome any lack of self confidence in any area.

2.Not Prepared Enough
This is a big one. EFT will not do the work for you. It will help you feel confident and calm even if you haven’t done everything that you could have.
3.Afraid to Fail or Succeed.
Thanks to the school system, we are taught to fear getting things wrong. Yet this doesn’t help you in the real world. With EFT you can overcome your fear of failure and if you do ‘fail’ or get it wrong, let go of the emotions that you feel – anger, sadness, guilt etc. EFT does what getting it wrong is suppose to teach you – learn from it. The insights and learnings you can get from a ‘failing’ situation can be incredible.
What if you achieve your goals and succeed? That might scare you too. You’ll be break free of your comfort zone. You might have to explain yourself to other people. Will they be jealous? All these emotions can be resolved and dissolved with EFT.
