Tapping World Summit – It’s Back

As luck would have it. The Tapping World Summit is back.  A cracking event of tapping like minded people.

I know more and more of you are getting into tapping and that’s great. The Tapping World Summit is a great way to learn, practice, discover and try out many different ideas and ways to apply tapping.  The secret is just DO IT!

Although the list of interviewers doesn’t seem to change a great deal year on year. It well worth listening to each interview and tap along. It, perhaps takes the idea of borrowing benefits to an new and exciting level of possibility.

I’ll be listening and tapping along. I really like the way we all tap and change. Remember this! EFT always works, even if you don’t think it is.  I want you to make the decision right now to spare the time to listen to the interviews each day. Come, how much could you live change within 24 hours?

It’s a free event, with 2 interviews each day.  Roughly about 40-1hr each. It’s well worth it.  How much will you lose by not attending the event?

My Body and Health Are Out of Balance

So I thought I’d put together some EFT rounds for the belief :

My Body and Health Are Out Of Balance.

This is just one way to begin tapping with this belief, it is not the way.

So to easily get started: The most basic round would be:

Karate Chop Point:
Even though I believe my body and health are out of balance. I choose to let this belief go as it no longer serves me.
Even though I believe my body and health are out of balance. I choose to let this belief go as it no longer supports me.
Even though my  body and health are out of balance. I deeply and completely, love, forgive and accept myself.
Eyebrow:   My body and health are out of balance.
Outer Eye:   My body and health are out of balance.
Under Eye:   My body and health are out of balance.
Under Nose:   My body and health are out of balance.
Chin:    My body and health are out of balance.
Collar Bone:  My body and health are out of balance.
Under Arm:   My body and health are out of balance.
Top of Head:  My body and health are out of balance.

It’s that quick and easy.

A simple second round could be:

Even though I have this remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance. I choose to let this belief go as it no longer serves me.

Karate Chop Point:

Even though I have this remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance. I choose to let this belief go as it no longer serves me.
Even though I still have some of this remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance. I choose to let this belief go as it no longer serves me.
Eyebrow:   This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.
Outer Eye:   This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.
Under Eye:   This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.
Under Nose:   This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.
Chin:    This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.
Collar Bone:  This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.
Under Arm:   This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.
Top of Head:  This remaining belief that my body and health are out of balance.

So onto a third round and this is where I’m having lots of fun at the moment, because I often find that your beliefs, circumstances etc. are just the tip of the ice berg and by asking, tapping and suggesting a few other possibilities, magic things happen. They may not make much sense, but just go with what comes up for you. Remember this is just one way, not the way.  Tap with a sense of curiosity and wonder, what could happen if you truly let this belief go in your own life.

Karate Chop Point:
Even though I don’t know when I decided that my body and health where out of balance. I choose to let this belief go as it no longer serves me.
Even though I know I wasn’t born with this belief that my body and health are out of balance. I accept all my feelings without judgement. I’m curious to know how I came up with this crazy belief about myself.
Outer Eye:   How is it possible to believe that my body and health should be out of balance?
Under Eye:   How can I believe that this does not help me right now?  How can I believe this you
just decide to have a health body, feel vibrant and alive.
Under Nose:   Only somebody out of balance would believe something like this.
Chin:    Have I ever considered that it’s not hard to be healthy, it’s holding onto this belief that is hard. It’s not hard to be healthy and care for my body, it’s finding ways to remain stuck, unhappy and bored that is hard.
Collar Bone:  What is my own personal outcome from having this belief, actions and mind-set that
means I have to have a body and health that are out of balance?
Under Arm:   Is this an example of somebody who can’t control their emotions?
Top of Head:  Am I afraid of walking to work and eating a carrot?

Eyebrow:   It’s not my body that is out of balance, it’s frightening to take responsibility for my actions.
Outer Eye:   It’s not my health that are out of balance, it’s my choices which are out of balance.
Under Eye:   Do I realize that I’m talking myself out of playing with my children?
Under Nose:   By not being in balance, fit and healthy, I’m not allowing myself to experience my life to its fullest.
Chin:    To the extent that I believe this is to the extent I’m letting down my own children.
Collar Bone:  It’s not about my body, it’s about taking control of my mind.
Under Arm:   Am I willing to hold onto this until I die.  What is important about this belief for me?
Top of Head:  This is pretty unhealthy don’t you think?  How does being fit and healthy cause me to love myself even more?

Do you really want to be the type of person who believes that they don’t have control over their life. Because you’re not that type of person.
