Oh flower of Scotland….
Would you walk 5,000 miles….for independence?

Well it’s more for voting and making a decision.

Scotland is voting today, on whether they should be part of the United Kingdom or a separate country.

Many people will not vote. But what if you can’t decide how to vote…do this.

Begin with this as a set-up phrase:

Even though I don’t know who to vote for, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself anyway.
Even though I don’t know who to vote for, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself anyway.
Even though I don’t know who to vote for, I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself anyway.
Then though the point

I don’t know who to vote for.
I don’t know who to vote for.
I don’t know who to vote for.
I’m afraid to get it wrong.
I still don’t know who to vote for.
I’m not bothered who wins, as long as it doesn’t affect me and life.
I still don’t who to vote for.
I don’t want to get it wrong

I don’t know who to vote for in case I get it wrong.
What if my friends think I’m a loser and don’t vote for who I do.
I’m afraid to get it wrong.
It would be easier if I didn’t vote at all.
Maybe that’s what I’ll do.
Then I can complain no matter who is in power.
I don’t have any real power.
I am totally powerless to change the world.

Always remember this:

Everything happens for a positive reason (if even right now you don’t know what that is.

 EFT   How Safe Is Your Life Without It?

How safe is your life without EFT?

Do you just want to lurch from year to year, yet older yes, but not getting any closer to the things or people that you want?

Do you still get angry with people at work?

Do you still get bored at work?

Do you wish your life was life was more fulfilled?

Do you wish bank balance was in credit, let alone large?

Do you wish you didn’t wake up in pain every day?

Do you wish you didn’t wake up every morning worrying about money?

Do you wish you felt more fulfilled and complete as a human being?

Do you wish you were just happier?

Do you wish you could learn what you needed to learn so that your life didn’t suck so much?

Do you wish you could learn what you needed to learn so that you weren’t angry all the time?

Do you wish you weren’t afraid of success?

Do you wish you weren’t afraid of losing everything, maybe not for the first time?

Do you wish you were more like somebody else?

Do you wish you didn’t get angry or jealous at the television?

Do you wish you didn’t hate rich people?

Do you wish you didn’t hate thin or fat people?

Do you wish you didn’t hate scroungers?

Do you wish you got support like everybody else on benefit?

If you didn’t have the wherewithal to change you wouldn’t be reading this post?  Do you want to be stuck for the rest of your life, wondering what if? Are you happy being stuck? Are you happy with your life?

I doubt it, that’s why you’re here right?

Then you need to get started and put tapping into practice.

Following a recent discovery I think your first week should be tapping on your own fears.  In my experience, this perhaps has had the most bang for my buck in raising my overall happiness the quickest.

Commit to reading the following I’m too afraid EFT scripts.  These are only examples which have worked for me: EFT-I’m Afraid and You Are Too and EFT – I’m Still Afraid.  I suggest you tap on being afraid for the next 7 days daily.  If you can which I know you can do more than one tapping on I’m Afraid in a day – do it.  Isn’t it about time your owed it to yourself and fully committed to changing your life, your thoughts, your feelings, your actions and ultimately:

YOUR RESULTS!

EFT- I’m Afraid Still!

Oh I’ve been having fun with my I’m afraid tapping as mentioned in my last post. It’s just been incredible for me to see what comes up. How’s it going with you?

Things I’ve tapped on over the last few days:

I’m afraid of winning.

I’m afraid of being shouted again.

I’m afraid of earning that much money.

I’m afraid of having it taken away from me again.

I’m afraid of having it stolen from me

Even though they stole my toy when I was small..

I’m afraid to give up my XXX job.

I’m afraid of losing my job.

I’m afraid of quitting my job.

There is an underlying global ‘issue’ that I’m working through, so I do have some semblance of a direction, hence why some of the phrases are similar.

My set-up phrases take the following form I’ll start with the following simple set-up phrase:

Even though I’m afraid of being shouted at again. I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself.

As ever I do this 3 times. Then my reminder phrase on my major

EB – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

SE – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

UE – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

UN – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

C – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

CB – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

SA – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

TH – I’m afraid of being shouted at again.

Then I’ll do another round as follows;

EB – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

SE – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

UE – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

UN – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

C – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

CB – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

SA – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

TH – I’m still afraid of being shouted at again.

I’ll repeat these throughout the day: on the train, going to the loo, making a cup of tea,in a lift, at my desk. Anywhere, any time, any place. I might throw in a gamut point here and there. Once I’ve done some proper rounds, I’ll just tap on the points as and when. I’ll let a thought literally just pop into my head to see what comes up. I’ll then just tap on that.

Sometimes I’ll start a sentence – I’m afraid…just to see how unconsciously finish it. Sometimes it will be something I’ve already tapped on. I take that as a sign that I need to tap more on that sentence, that emotion. I don’t mind tapping over and over on the same thing. Trust me you’ll tap far less in terms of your time, compared to how long you have been holding on and feeling these beliefs.

I know things are changing because I’m feeling better, feeling different about what it is that I’m tapping on, I’m yawning. Occasionally I’ll feel a whoosh of energy, as some major block of energy has been released. Don’t worry this is an amazing experience, I love these bigger Champagne moments.

Also I’ll see physical changes too in my environment and all I’ve done is tap.
